Returns

Step 1:


Ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Please seal the package with clear tape, and avoid using duct tape.

Step 2:


Write your address on a piece of paper as the return address, and also include our address as the delivery address. It’s essential that we can identify who the package is from. If this is not done, there’s a risk that your package may get lost with the delivery service (e.g., Royal Mail or DHL), or we may not be able to accept the package.

Step 3:


Notify us of your return via email at info@sophiejohnson.uk. We would appreciate knowing the reason for your return. Once you exercise your right to return, and we receive your IBAN details, we will refund your money within 10 days.

Please note: It is important that we receive proof that the item has been returned. This proof can be in the form of a shipping receipt from Royal Mail/DHL or a confirmation email from the carrier.

Step 4:


Send the package via Royal Mail or DHL, as these are the most cost-effective return options. The cost of shipping or collection is at your own expense. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Please note: If the goods arrive damaged, poorly packaged, or do not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right not to accept them. In that case, you will not be entitled to a return.
If you have a complaint, please always include photos so we can work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
